While obtaining her degree, Karen received the SDDS award for professionalism, collaboration, and exceptional clinical skills. Karen is passionate about providing quality care with compassion and educating patients on the oral/systemic health link in order to help people live healthier and happier lives. In her spare time, Karen likes to line dance, cook, bake and snuggle with her two orange cats Macaroni and Cheese.
First time to the dentist in three years. Karen was personable and professional. She explained every step of the process and why they perform them. Nice to know after 40 years of visiting the dentist. They recommended a bunch of work. Some necessary, some nice to have. No pressure. Just recommendations and the information to make my own decisions. Highly recommend.

Another great visit! I recommend my dentist to anyone complaining about their current dentist AND this time of year the staff has their annual gingerbread bread house contest! They are such artists! I love seeing the creations. Everyone is so nice and gentle. I love my dentist!
- Lisa B.
Best dentist experience ever. Karen was my hygienist and she was an actual gem of a person. I felt comfortable, communicated with, and taken care of. If dentistry is a triggering task for you, rest assured all the folks here are very kind and it was actually a pleasant experience going here. Absolute 10/10, I never leave reviews but felt compelled to let other folks know, this is the spot to go!

"I went to Orcutt Family Dentistry nervous and concerned about the work I needed done, and was blown away by how friendly and kind the whole staff is! They were understanding about my concerns and addressed them all, answering my many questions until I was completely comfortable. I would 100% recommend anyone who needs dental work done to visit Orcutt Family Dentistry!"
- Jane D.
"I can honestly say that Dr. Orcutt is the first dentist that I have felt safe & comfortable with. I have a bit of anxiety sitting in the dental chair but the professionalism & chair side manner of both Dr. Orcutt & Sarah, the hygienist, helped me feel at ease right away. Sarah was very thorough with her cleaning & she was very accommodating to the sensitivity that I experience during cleanings - it was painless!"
