Can the Patient Loyalty Program save me money?
Yes, it can save you money in a couple of different ways. First, many people have a lot of money held in their paycheck to pay for their dental insurance and the vast majority of dental insurance plans have very low annual maximums, large copays, and many pre-existing exclusions that make you wait over a year before they will cover a procedure (and waiting may cause you to ultimately lose the tooth). Another group of people this really benefits is those who purchase their dental insurance directly (not through their employer). This is a very expensive route, for minimal benefits and pre-existing exclusions. This type of insurance usually costs 10 x more than our Patient Loyalty Program.

How else would the Patient Loyalty Program benefit me?
Unlike dental insurance plans that have an average of $1,000-$1,500 maximum per year benefit, the PLP has no annual maximum. The PLP also has no pre-existing exclusions like almost all dental insurance plans do. Most dental insurance companies also put a time limit on when patients can have a cleaning or other dental work, this decision is not based on science, rather just their profit margin. They would rather patients suffer with pain and disease than paying for necessary dental treatment. Our PLP has no such exclusions. All of our decisions are based on science and the needs and wants of our patients. Plus, the discount you receive is on all of our services including Invisalign, Sleep Apnea therapy, Tooth Whitening, whereas dental insurance typically only covers a small percentage of basic dental services like fillings, crowns and cleanings.

Are there any exclusions or limitations?
Yes. The membership cannot be used: in conjunction with another dental plan, including CareCredit; for referrals to specialists; for hospitalization or hospital charges of any kind; for cost of dental care that would be covered under automobile medical claims; for services or injuries covered under workers compensation; for treatment which, in the sole opinion of the treating dentist, lies outside the realm of their capability; for treatment covered by any insurance plan: dental, medical, or worker’s compensation; for Invisalign treatment, in-office whitening, cosmetic treatment; or dental products such as toothbrush.
